Availability and Substitution

  • Please note that the availability of flowers fluctuates daily due to market factors, seasonal changes, special occasions, and the boundless wellspring of inspiration. While our descriptions and images serve as guides, we refrain from exact bouquet reproductions to allow for artistic freedom and to explore with new flower varieties.

 

Substitution Policy

  • In the event that specific flowers or colors mentioned in your order are unavailable due to seasonal variations, shipment delays, or unforeseen supply challenges, we reserve the right to substitute with suitable alternatives at our discretion. Rest assured, any substitutions made will be of comparable quality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that your floral arrangement maintains its essence and charm.

Production

  • Product pictures are shown for illustration purposes only. Fresh cut flowers might not fully bloom upon delivery. The color tones and sizes of flower buds might be slightly different from the pictures shown, depending on how the flowers are grown.

 

Flexibility in Presentation

  • The flower wrappers and ribbon colors depicted on our website are indicative and may be subject to change based on availability. Rest assured, any substitutions made will closely resemble the original selections, ensuring a harmonious presentation.

 

 

Price and Payment Terms

  • All prices listed are in SGD and exclusive of GST, subject to change without notice. Full payment is required upon order placement via our website payment gateway.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

  • At Lumos Flower, refunds are issued at our absolute discretion on a case-by-case basis, we do not accept returns due to change-of-mind purchases.

  • Returns will only be considered if the flowers are in poor condition upon delivery. To facilitate this process, we advise the receiver or sender to inform us with photos of the item immediately within 2-3 hours of receiving the item if it is wilted or in poor shape.

  • To maintain fairness in assessing the condition of the flowers, we kindly request that any complaints or reports be made promptly upon receipt. We are unable to entertain complaints made the next day after receiving the item.

 

Quality Concerns

  • In the event of a quality issue or if you receive an incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately. Provide a description of the problem and, if feasible, include an image for efficient resolution.

 

Postponements

  • Should you wish to postpone your order's delivery, please notify us at least 2 full working days before the original delivery date.

 

Redelivery Charges

  • If the recipient is unavailable or there is no one to receive the order upon delivery, a redelivery fee as our standard delivery fee may be applied.
